What if it can't answer something?+

Yes. Bookings sync to your calendar, and leads are written straight into your CRM. We connect your specific systems together during onboarding.
What happens if we go over our minutes?+

Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. Echo gets its own number, and you forward calls to it from your existing number: one short code on your phone, approx. 30 seconds. Forward every call, or only the ones you don't answer. Switch it off anytime; the code depends on your country and carrier, and we set it up together during onboarding.
