Does Echo see when I have an opening?
Yes. It connects to your calendar and only offers time slots that are actually open. The booking goes into your calendar right away, and Echo can be connected to any calendar.
What if the client wants to reschedule or cancel?
Echo handles that too: it finds the booking, moves it to another open slot or cancels it, and sends a text confirmation of the change. All you're left with is an up-to-date calendar.
How does it know my prices and services?
During onboarding we load its knowledge base with your price list, your services and the common questions. It only talks about what you've given it. It never makes up a price.
Will my clients notice it isn't me?
Yes, because Echo says at the start of the call that an AI assistant is speaking. That's fair to the client, and we keep it on everywhere. The experience still beats voicemail: questions get answers, booking requests get appointments.
What does it cost, and is there any risk in trying it?
