Echo AI Assistant · Bangkok

AI phone assistant for Bangkok: Thai and English on the same line

A visitor calling your clinic in English at 9 pm. A regular calling your restaurant in Thai from the BTS platform. Both dial the same number, and both expect an answer. Echo hears the caller's first sentence, picks Thai or English, and continues in that language: books the appointment, answers the question, saves the lead and sends you a summary. Set up fully remotely, no site visit, on the number you already have.

Why Bangkok businesses need both languages on one line

An English call that rings out goes to the competitor with an English front desk

Expats and visitors in Bangkok phone the places they can talk to. When your line goes to voicemail, or the person who picks up can't take the booking in English, the caller doesn't try again: they ring the next dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, hotel or agent that can. Echo takes that booking in English, in full, every time.

Your Thai customers get the same line, in Thai

Local customers are your base, and they call in Thai. Echo answers them in Thai with the same knowledge base, the same calendar and the same prices. You set Thai or English as the primary language and the other as the fallback, and Echo switches on the caller's first sentence, not after a menu.

Bangkok's day is spent in traffic and on the BTS

Your staff are stuck on Sukhumvit in a taxi, with a patient in the chair, or showing a condo across town, and the phone rings. Echo answers 24/7, so the tour operator calling at lunch and the hotel guest calling at midnight both get a booking, not a missed-call notification. LINE handles the messages; the phone carries the caller who wants an answer right now.

How it gets started

  1. Step 1

    You forward your existing number

One short code on your phone, approx. 30 seconds. The exact code depends on your carrier, and we set it up together during onboarding. Your Bangkok 02 landline or your mobile number stays, and callers dial the same number as before.

  2. Step 2

We build it in a week

You send us prices, hours, services and the questions you hear most, in Thai, English or both. We build the knowledge base in both languages, connect your calendar and test the language switch with you on a call. Everything happens remotely, no site visit in Bangkok.

  3. Step 3

You try it live for 7 days, free

Real Thai and English calls from your own customers, for a week. You read the summaries and decide. The trial costs $0 and can be switched off at any point.

The whole process, including the call-forwarding picker: How it works

The price is the same in Bangkok as anywhere else

Echo is priced in USD and costs the same in every city, because there's no site visit and no local cost. Thai and English on one line is included, not an add-on. The entry plan covers 300 minutes of calls a month, approx. 120 calls, at $289/mo (taxes not included).

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to come out to me in Bangkok?

No. Onboarding is a short online call and a shared document with your prices, hours and services. The setup runs over the network, so it makes no difference whether you're in Sukhumvit, Silom, Thonglor or across the river in Thonburi. No site visit, no site-visit fee.

Do I keep my Bangkok number?

Yes. Your existing number stays, whether it's an 02 landline or a mobile. Call forwarding sends the calls you don't answer on to Echo. The forwarding code depends on your carrier, and we set it up with you during onboarding.

Can it handle Thai and English on the same number?

Yes, and that's the point of Echo in Bangkok. You choose the primary language and the fallback. Echo listens to the caller's first sentence, picks Thai or English, and continues in that language for the whole call: the same calendar, the same prices, the same summary to you. There's no 'press 1 for English' step. Other languages can be added if your callers need them.

I have a clinic in Sukhumvit and another in Silom. Can it handle both?

Yes. The knowledge base holds several addresses, opening hours and service lists, so Echo sends the caller to the right branch and books into the right calendar. The same goes for a hotel group, a chain of restaurants or an agent with several condo projects.

Is Echo more expensive in Bangkok?

No. The price is the same everywhere and it's in USD: the entry plan is $289/mo (taxes not included). No local surcharge, no site-visit cost, no extra fee for the second language.

Will a foreign caller know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Echo says in its first sentence, in the caller's language, that an AI assistant is speaking, then takes care of what they called for: a consultation slot, a room inquiry, a table, a viewing. What the caller wants is an answer in a language they understand, and the summary you receive tells you which language the call was in.
